AT Mechanical is proud to receive the Gold Standard Safety award from the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA). The MCA Gold Standard Safety program was developed to award those contractors who met or exceed the following criteria:
- Have a written safety program
- Have an officer of the company promoting safe work place decisions
- Apply for MCA Safety awards
- Use at least one item from MCA Safety Store
- Use Safety Stuffers
- Use Toolbox Talks
- Perform regular safety assessments
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Have at least 95% of field employees complete OHSA 10 or 30-hour
