The Clark

Completed in May 2020, The Clark is a conversion of an existing building to apartments. The original roof was taken off and the height of the building was increased by about 50%. This project is Plan & Spec but incorporates AT Mechanical's value engineering services. The mechanical systems installed includes large natural gas booster with UPS package, vertical stack heat pump systems, cooling tower, boilers and associated pumps and equipment, AAON makeup air unit with internal ERV energy recovery wheel, exhaust fan systems, horizontal water source heat pump and architectural linear slot diffusers in the ceiling.
